About
Hi, I’m David.
An independent recruiting systems consultant in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
David Miller · Founder & Principal Consultant
I’ve spent my career inside recruiting technology: configuring applicant tracking systems, building integrations and data pipelines, rebranding career sites, and moving enterprise employers from one platform to the next.
That work has taken me through Taleo Enterprise, iCIMS, Workday Recruiting and Paradox for 60+ enterprise clients, from Fortune 50 companies to regional health systems.
I started Mastermind so clients could work directly with the person doing the work. No account managers, no junior hand-offs, and no software to sell. Just honest advice and careful execution.
Mastermind Strategic Advisors is a Certified LGBTBE (LGBTQ+-owned business enterprise) through the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce.
