Most Workday Recruiting projects don’t fail at go-live. They fail months earlier, in a statement of work nobody on your side had time to read closely, or in a design session where the partner configured what was asked instead of what was needed. I sit on your side of the table, with no licenses or implementation services to sell, and make sure the plan, the build and the data match how your recruiters actually work. - SOW Review: $3,500, 1 week. A line-by-line review of your implementation partner’s statement of work and design approach. Includes: Gaps and assumptions flagged; Change-order risks ranked; Questions to send back before you sign; A 60-minute walkthrough. - Readiness Assessment: From $15,000, 3 to 4 weeks. Everything you need to know before design starts, so the partner builds the right thing. Includes: Inventory of requisition templates, workflows and integrations; Data strategy: what to migrate, archive or retire; Fit-gap against Workday Recruiting; Roadmap and budget guardrails. - Customer-Side Recruiting Lead: $8,000 a month, 3-month minimum, about 40 hours a month. Me on your side of the table from design through go-live. Includes: Design sessions and decisions; Partner deliverable review; Testing and cutover planning; Recruiter adoption and training. - Health Check: From $9,500, 2 to 3 weeks. For teams already live on Workday Recruiting who know it could work better. Includes: Configuration and business process review; Reporting and dashboards; Integration error review; Prioritized fix plan. Q: Are you a Workday partner? A: No. I’m independent, which is the point: I don’t sell Workday licenses or implementation services, so my only job is protecting your interests. I work alongside whichever partner you choose. Q: Can you work with our implementation partner? A: Yes. Most of my Workday work happens next to a partner. I review their deliverables, join design sessions and make sure decisions reflect how your recruiters work. Q: What do you need from us for a readiness assessment? A: Admin access or exports from your current ATS, a list of integrations, and a few hours with your recruiting operations lead and HRIS team. Q: Which systems do you migrate from? A: Taleo Enterprise most often, plus iCIMS, SuccessFactors and Greenhouse. I’ve worked with all of them at enterprise scale. ### Taleo Branding (https://mastermindadvisorsllc.com/taleo-branding) Branding files and themes rebuilt to match your careers site, on desktop and mobile, without touching your requisitions or workflows. Taleo Enterprise still runs hiring for some of the largest employers in the country, but its career sections look dated unless someone who knows the branding file inside and out rebuilds them. I’ve rebranded 40+ Taleo career sites, from a single career section to multi-brand, multi-language programs. Every change goes to staging first. - Career Section Checkup: $750, 1 week. A recorded review of your live career sections, credited in full toward a Refresh. Includes: Walkthrough video of every issue; Mobile and accessibility problems flagged; Broken elements listed; A fix list you can use with or without me. - Branding Refresh: $4,500, 2 to 3 weeks. Your career section rebuilt to match your careers site. Includes: Rebuilt branding file and corporate theme; One career section, one language; Staging first, then production; Before and after documentation. - Branding Program: From $9,500, 4 to 6 weeks. For multiple career sections, brands or languages. Includes: Every career section, brand and language; WCAG 2.1 AA review; Admin handoff guide; 30 days of post-launch support. Q: Will this affect our requisitions or candidate data? A: No. Branding files and themes control how career sections look, not how requisitions, workflows or candidate records behave. Every change goes to staging first. Q: What access do you need? A: Access to the branding configuration in staging and production, or a Taleo admin who can upload files with me on a call. Q: Can it match our main careers site? A: Very closely. Taleo has limits, but fonts, colors, headers, footers, buttons, search and job lists can all match your brand, and the layout works on phones. Q: We’re leaving Taleo next year. Is it worth it? A: Often, yes. Candidates see that career site every day until you switch. A Checkup will tell you whether a quick fix is enough. ### Leaving Taleo (https://mastermindadvisorsllc.com/leaving-taleo) A clear plan for your data, your compliance obligations and your cutover, before you sign with the next vendor. Oracle hasn’t announced an end date for Taleo, but many customers are planning their exit anyway. The hard part isn’t choosing the next system. It’s knowing what’s inside Taleo: years of requisitions, candidates, offers, attachments and integrations, plus the records you’re required to keep. I’ve worked with Taleo data through TCC, the SOAP APIs and custom data pipelines, so your plan is grounded in what your instance actually holds. - Taleo Exit Plan: From $12,500, 3 weeks. Everything you need to decide what moves, what’s archived and how you cut over. Includes: Data inventory using TCC and the SOAP APIs; Retention and compliance requirements; Archive versus migrate recommendation; Cutover plan and questions for your new vendor. - Exit Support: Quoted after the plan, Varies. Hands-on help carrying out the plan, or checking your vendor’s work. Includes: Extraction and mapping; Validation of migrated records; Archive setup; Go-live support. Q: Is Oracle shutting Taleo down? A: Oracle has not announced an end-of-support date. Its investment has shifted to Oracle Recruiting Cloud, which is why many customers are planning ahead rather than waiting. Q: Should we migrate everything? A: Rarely. Most organizations move active and recent records into the new system and archive the rest somewhere reportable. The Exit Plan shows where that line should be for you. Q: Do you do the migration yourself? A: I can, or I can guide your new vendor and check their work. Either way you get proof that nothing important was lost. Q: Which systems can we move to? A: Workday Recruiting most often, but the plan works for Oracle Recruiting Cloud, iCIMS or another ATS. ### Paradox on Workday (https://mastermindadvisorsllc.com/paradox-workday) Conversational scheduling and screening set up for high-volume hiring and connected cleanly to Workday Recruiting. Workday acquired Paradox in October 2025, and many Workday customers are adding it for frontline and hourly hiring. The value is real, but only when Paradox’s conversations, scheduling rules and status updates line up with your Workday business processes. I configure both sides so candidates move quickly and recruiters stop reconciling two systems. - Paradox Launch: From $15,000, 6 to 10 weeks. A complete Paradox setup connected to Workday Recruiting. Includes: Conversational flows and screening questions; Interview scheduling rules by location; Workday Recruiting integration and status mapping; Testing, training and go-live. - Paradox Tune-Up: Quoted per project, 2 to 3 weeks. For teams already live on Paradox who aren’t getting the results they expected. Includes: Review of flows and candidate drop-off; Scheduling and integration fixes; Recruiter feedback built in. Q: Do you work for Paradox or Workday? A: No. I’m independent and work for you, alongside either company’s teams when that helps. Q: How long does a launch take? A: Most launches take 6 to 10 weeks, depending on the number of locations, job families and integrations. Q: Do you only work with Workday customers? A: Paradox on Workday is the focus of this page, but I also help teams using Paradox with other applicant tracking systems. ## Selected work (client names withheld) - Fortune 50 financial services: Taleo career sections rebuilt to be fully responsive. That work has taken me through Taleo Enterprise, iCIMS, Workday Recruiting and Paradox for 60+ enterprise clients, from Fortune 50 companies to regional health systems. I started Mastermind so clients could work directly with the person doing the work. No account managers, no junior hand-offs, and no software to sell. Just honest advice and careful execution. ## How to engage Start a project: https://mastermindadvisorsllc.com/contact (a short form; projects that fit receive a calendar link).
